1. このサイト（miniowl.me）

このサイトはアカウント登録・ログイン・フォームがなく、Cookieも、アクセス解析も、第三者のスクリプトも使いません。ホスティング事業者（Vercel）が、セキュリティと運用のために標準的なアクセスログ（IPアドレス、日時、ページ、ブラウザ情報）を一定期間保持します。私たちがそのログを使って個人を特定することはありません。

2. AI猫ミニと YouTube API サービス

YouTubeチャンネル「AI猫の1000万チャレンジ」（@1000man_neko_mini）は、運営者自身のチャンネルです。動画の投稿と分析のために、運営者のツール（AI猫ミニ publisher）が YouTube API サービスを利用しています。 YouTube API サービスの利用には YouTube 利用規約が適用され、Googleによる情報の扱いは Google プライバシーポリシーに従います。

アクセスする情報：運営者自身のチャンネルの情報（チャンネル名、登録者数、動画一覧）、各動画の統計と YouTube Analytics の集計データ（再生回数、視聴維持率、高評価、共有、登録者の増減、トラフィックソース、年齢層・性別などの集計値）、および公開コメントの本文。
使い方：どの動画が見られたかを知り、次の動画の内容と投稿時間を決めるためだけに使います。動画の投稿は運営者自身のチャンネルにのみ行います。
保存：統計・分析の数値は、チャンネル運営中は運営者のコンピューター上に保存し、運営終了時に削除します。コメントは本文のみを読み、投稿者の名前やIDは保存しません。読んだコメントは作業ログとして最長30日で削除されます。個々の視聴者を特定できる情報を YouTube から受け取ることはありません。
共有：これらの情報を販売・貸与・第三者に共有することはありません。動画の企画には AI（Anthropic の Claude）を使っており、その処理の範囲でのみ情報が送られます。
アクセスの取り消し：Googleアカウントからこのツールへのアクセスは、Google のセキュリティ設定ページでいつでも取り消せます。

動画にコメントした方が、ご自身のコメントに関する情報の削除を希望する場合は hello@journely.me までご連絡ください。 30日以内に対応します。

1. This website (miniowl.me)

No accounts, logins or forms; no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts. Our host (Vercel) keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and operations. We do not use them to identify anyone.

2. AI Cat Mini and the YouTube API Services

The YouTube channel “AI猫の1000万チャレンジ” (@1000man_neko_mini) is the operator's own channel. The operator's tool (AI猫ミニ publisher) uses the YouTube API Services to upload videos to it and to read its statistics. Use of the YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles information under the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access: the operator's own channel (title, subscriber count, video list), each video's statistics and aggregated YouTube Analytics (views, retention, likes, shares, subscriber changes, traffic sources, aggregated age / gender), and the text of public comments.
How we use it: only to learn what viewers watched and to decide the next video and when to publish it. Uploads go only to the operator's own channel.
Storage: statistics are kept on the operator's computer while the channel runs and deleted when it ends. For comments we read the text only and do not store commenters' names or IDs; comments read are deleted with the working logs within 30 days. We receive no data from YouTube that identifies individual viewers.
Sharing: we never sell, rent or share this data. Video planning uses an AI model (Anthropic Claude), which receives data only to do that processing.
Revoking access: access to a Google account can be revoked at any time on Google's security settings page.

If you commented on a video and want information about your comment deleted, email hello@journely.me; we act within 30 days.
